Feeding the Right emotions!

There’s sorrow everywhere

Everywhere, there lies disdain

People cry and there’s seldom happiness 

For everywhere, there lies pain

The suffering of men and women brings great despondency

And its difficult at such times to keep the heart in ecstasy

For at one time, I see the cry of the poor

At another, the torture to women

 The inhumanity of humans 

Brings great torment to the heart

And I wonder, wonder that-

The happiness that I am soaked with of my own,

Am I to neglect it and become isolated of the despair

With what people are blown

Or join the people in empathy and drown in the sea of forlorn

I realize, realize that-

Brave are those who find Happiness even in Sadness,

Who find the Good even in the Bad

And who knows how to Light a Candle even when it's Dark.
