You are that hero,

Who is unknown to the world,

You are my friend, my heart and my soul,

You are the best friend that I know,

You taught me all the rules of life,

And told me how to differentiate between wrong and right. 

Daddy, you taught me how to reach for the stars,

You have inspired me at each stage of life,

Holding my hand each day,

And teaching me things.

Those are true in every way,

So thank you to you, my loving dad,

As I know that you have that magic,

To make our lives truly great each day.
