Enduring Still…

Had a beautiful dream

Of ‘You’ and ‘Me’

By the seashore

Soft breeze whispering…

Could see the calm water

Suddenly came rouge waves

Both are moving together 

In the same ocean…

When I looked into the sky

I saw birds flocking

In the same direction

Each of them foraging…

Nature keeps teaching

Some manifold things

But we are so engrossed in life

We fail to understand its meaning…

A relationship is also such

A ship made for dwelling

But we give up on so easily

And often end up crying…

Together we walked

Along the shore, happily

Hand in hand we stood aside

Promising our love for eternity…
