Embracing Self in Chaos
Embracing Self in Chaos
I'm done with those busy Mondays’ race,
Yet the week stretches out, an endless chase.
Long and languid, these tranquil nights unfold,
Starry skies whisper tales, ancient and bold.
But oh, these exhausting days weigh me down,
Heavy in my eyes, casting a sleepy crown.
I close them for rest, though dawn’s quick to reappear,
As the cycle spins on—goals distant, yet near.
Yet in musings of work, I find space for grace,
Where I pause and breathe in my own gentle place.
Embracing myself, come joy or dust,
In the Nikiverse of love and trust.
Here, in this world, I become whole and free,
For loving myself is priority
