Draw Me a Bath

Draw me a bath, that is warm and soothing.

Let it be fragrant and enticing.

Draw me a bath to wash away the day's troubles,

And one I can forget myself, the world, and all time in.

Draw me a bath, and pour your love in it.

Let me sink into its warm embrace and feel it lapping at my feet.

Draw me a bath, in which I can close my eyes and submerge my tired body in.

Never to resurface.

Finally at peace.
