Today worked on my cuisine
Idli Sambhar with chutney
Instant Idlis with suji
Which were soft and fluffy
Sambhar made with vegetables
Adding in the pulse 'tuar'
Tadka made with curry leaves
With 'raai' and 'sarson' seeds
Family relished its taste
They are happy, for me, it's best.
