Cultural Disaster?

Alive and kicking does life

transform into a daily struggle;

Against sustainable nature

with the power to mortify?

Menacing high tides on the rise

lash out as demonic Tsunami,

opposed to Vishnu’s divine will;

keeps the fabled tortoise afloat?

The coral reefs delight the sea waves.

A blue sky enticing the rain Gods?

With sacred prayers to mother nature; 

seeking peace and contentment for all.

Sadly, it is the mighty, the formidable

who grab the spoils of war;

While the weak and helpless yearn,

from absence of peace and tranquility!
