Confined Freedom

On this 72nd Independence Day of India,

I feel extremely proud to be an integral part of it.

With the sacrifice of martyrs yesterdays,

I can say that I am independent today.

But, Are we still independent?

Are we still not living under the ties of society?

Are we still not getting suppressed by the dominant people?

Are we still not fighting?

The proclamations are righteous,

The only difference today is,

We are independent to Make ties for others,

Suppress people, And of course,

fight with others with our own perspectives.

And therefore, our freedom is still yet to be struggled.
