Confession
Confession
I don't know when was the last time dad scolded me
I don't know when was the last time mom showed love to me
Yes I don't know when was our last family photo
And I don't know why did they send me to school which had "KEEP SMILING" as the motto!
At the age when children play see-saw and swing
I spent hours being house arrest and binge
All those girls paddling the bicycle
Reminded me of my storeroom and locked cycle
And when the lightings were lit
When the time came for festive
With all those jewelry and dresses
I'd still make glances only through the window glasses
They talk about the new release in the cinema
I still can't converse and remain in dilemma
They talk about jokers and discuss the clown
I'd laugh with them concealing the internal frown
But I'm not penning this 'cause I'm butthurt
I'm making just a sincere effort for someone who can convert
Yes convert my confessions into realities
And feel the same and continue vitalities...
