CHILDHOOD

Childhood was fun,

but the days will no more return.

Being a kid, felt like growing up,

but now I wish to go back.

Life then seemed to be easier,

now has turned into a ride of roller coaster.

Wishing to live back those days again,

and wanting to go down the lane.

How happy were those days! 

Days full of energy and craziness.

Time and tide wants for no one is true,

So, living each day to the fullest is what you need to value. 

Education has been the important thing of all,

That made you what you wanted to be overall.

Ego and Pride didn't pop in between relationships,

but now backbiting has become a part to drown every ship. 

How I wish to get back to those days. 

Where Childhood had its own place.
