With variety of board games,

With joy, laughter and sometimes crying sound everywhere, 

We play in our free time and on vacations.

We play with a cube shaped object,

It has dots on all the sides,

The game has ladder to climb up,

But not to get down,

If you want to get down,

You have to be bitten by venomous reptile,

Then only your with will be fulfilled, 

But no one wishes to get down ,

Queen and king are guarded by soldiers, elephants, and horse,

But it is not a real war,

Can you guess what game it is?

Yes it is a game of chess,
