Blocked

They call it a writer's block,

When thoughts and ideas don't interlock.

In a world so vast and highly wrought,

It's all about connecting the dots.

I feel it is always incomplete,

When the mind and the time compete.

And I wonder if creativity is a skill,

That could be practiced with one's will.
