Bitter day!!

It is said that truth is bitter

But I would say no

Bitter gourd is the most bitter

Listen to bitter truth and that would be better.

Wondering why am I saying like this

As I was served with bitter melon, miss

Spindle-shaped green vegetable 

Better believe me these bitters are terrible.

"Pan-fried stuffed melons for you,

Appealing, luscious and wholesome too"

Stated m my mummy mellifluously

But melons are bitter I knew it hardly

Hungry me took a bite,

Ewww!!! it tastes so bad

So much sharpness and unpalatable 

It's the worst food I ever had

You already know I am a hoñey dip licker

"Tomorrow I'll serve its juice for you to be fitter," stated my Mumma

"No, no, no, I hate these melons,

Instead, get me apples, oranges, and lemons

Blistering bitterness of these bitters

Took me through the wringer

What else I could do now, miss

Treated myself with absolute bliss.
