Being Alive

For some Being Alive is an urge to fight,

All odds that hold you tight and give fright,

Chide those negatives that blur your sight,

Handhold positives that take you up right.

For some Being Alive is hearing a sound,

That makes your heart pound,

And brings you back to life's ground,

Like getting a chance to enjoy another round.

For some Being Alive is to be in love,

With relationships they wove,

Which helped them find their inner trove,

Letting them live with happiness without rove.
