Beatitude
Beatitude
I have a fondness for
color yellow
So-what, if they call me
a dirty-fellow
But my cheerful smile
beams yellow
Shines my smiles like
the sunflower yellow
I like to keep my friendships
Like paintings of meadows all yellow
Like the ever happy-looking
shoe-flower yellow
I always pull my breaks
when the street-light turns yellow
Good to stay safe rather than be sorry
so, never cross over once it turns yellow
My bliss twinkling in my eyes
like the smiley-face yellow
I share joyful-bond with my family and my fellows
like the sun shares sun-rays golden-yellow
My laughter has no bounds
in my sundress yellow
I dance with me, myself and
obtain beatitude under the colorful rainbow
On festivals with flower marigold
I create rangolis with shades of yellows
This magic it creates for one’s eyes
Is much more than any rose shade yellow
Each harvest in each summer
Party-time to enjoy fruits all labor
I love the magical satisfaction I find on children’s faces
As they lick and gulp the pulp of mangoes yellow
