I want to be a wordweaver

I want to weave beautiful stories and odes

That can mesmerise a million minds

That can touch the hearts of a million

That can light a fire in them

That can awaken the dormant emotions in them

That can give them an experience of everything-

Happiness, sorrow, compassion, horror, fear, 

Love, hate, romance, innocence, intelligence and much more

That can make them think, make them act and make them feel

That can transport them to an exotic world

Sitting in a cozy corner of their homes

That can bring the mountains, rivers, deserts and forests home

That can make them experience

The biting cold winds of the snow-clad mountains,

The scorching hot sand dunes of the desert

The furious storms and cloudbursts

The enjoyable summer rains

The comfortable soft breeze

The soothing winter sun-rays

The challenges of abject poverty and hunger

The grandeur of the royal lifestyles

The greed, selfishness and exploitation

The pain, helplessness, submission,

The disease, oldage, death



The politics, philosophy, stupidity and violence

All this and more

Words that can dig out 

All that is buried deep inside me

I need the time

I need the capacity

I need the mood
