And Then There Were Three

And Then There Were Three

You know miracles happen,

Sometimes on the count of one to ten,

So let me tell you a story,

No, it isn't about freedom or glory,

It's about three people on the run,

Chasing the rising sun,

Triangle may seem,

But it was a nightmarish dream!

Once upon a time,

And a line to just make it rhyme,

There were Fear and Doubt,

Lovers by fate,

Prone to bring in hate,

Hand in hand they always were,

In their company, no one could feel better,

Pulling everyone down,

How irrelevant they might sound,

But they were there,

And the one who cared,

That was Belief!

Belief never hung out with Fear and Doubt,

As they were always told to get out,

They somewhat never liked him,

Themselves full of uncertainty and whim!

So they hatched a plan,

A full moon night,

They handcuffed, blinded Belief and ran,

To torture Belief,

To make it succumb to death,

Do you feel that threat?

Of course, you do,

So what's the solution?

Where to point a gun?

Belief is what we all need,

Even if in Fear and Doubt, there lies hidden greed,

Trust and believe Belief,

Don't wait for that last leaf,

Hanging there and giving you hope,

I want you to take that rope,

And take a leap of faith,

And kill those lovers by fate,

Who make you prone to hate,

I hope someone finds the end to this never-ending debate!
