Alone

They said it was fine,

And I had a habit to whine.

But all those thoughts in my head,

Made me feel dead.

All those insecurities inside me,

Would never know; I was suffering to what degree.

Every moment with myself was like war,

And I couldn’t deal with it anymore.

Nobody used to hear me out,

All just raised fingers at me with doubt.

But one day someone lend me a hand,

And everything they were able to understand.

They were my feelings and my fight,

And nobody should tell me what’s wrong and what is right.

You too are not alone,

This too shall pass, just hang on a little more.
