A year in stories

A year in stories

Twelve months unfold, a canvas wide,

With tales of laughter, where dreams abide.

Each page a chapter, rich and new,

A year in stories, a life in view.

January dawns, with frost and gleam,

New hopes are spun, a fragile dream.

February whispers, love takes flight,

Under winter’s stars, in soft moonlight.

March brings winds, a turning page,

The earth awakens, leaves the cage.

April showers, with laughter's tears,

Bloom into May, where joy appears.

June's warmth hums, the heart’s delight,

Days stretch long, from morn to night.

July’s fireworks light up the skies,

A fiery tale, in vivid dyes.

August meanders, a sunlit song,

Fields of gold where we belong.

September arrives, with rust and red,

Stories of endings softly tread.

October’s shadows dance and play,

Mysteries weave through night and day.

November's hearth, with tales retold,

Of gratitude, both bright and bold.

December closes, with quiet grace,

A year’s stories etched in time’s embrace.

Twelve months spun in prose and rhyme,

A tapestry woven through fleeting time.

What will the next year’s stories be?

The pen awaits, the world’s your sea.

Sail onward, dreamer, write your lore,

A year in stories, and so much more.
