A Stranger in lifeboat

Overloaded with grudges and expectations

Drowning in the sea of Depression,

I felt hopeless and helpless 

I could swim, but with extra baggage 

I struggled to keep afloat

Caught in dire situation I searched for a life boat 

HE heard my plea and sent a stranger to my rescue

My life wouldn't be same now, it gave me cue

Holding His hand, he asked me to drop extra loads

With His advice I managed to reach the shore

Learning words of gratitude and forgiveness I emerged stronger

 For someone in" similar "situation 

I want to be that Stranger
