I am not awake
Amidst the somnolent
Rather, I'm drowned
Into a more deep sleep,
Where sleep doesn't weave dreams,
Rather, weaves poetry.
A dulcet poetry
A poetry you'd crave to hear
With a sip of chai
Laying on your armchair
Fancy-ing green hues in your verandah .
When every word penetrates
Deep into your soul,
When your mouth whispers ' wonderful'
Admiring the poetry .
Admiring me
Because those words are woven
In a deep sleep of a poet
Who mollifies the cracks of your broken soul .
