A Free Man Can Love
A Free Man Can Love
I walk in the midnight along the city road,
My blood celebrates a festival in my body
My mood is in triumph but, of course, an odd
My goal is fixed as my mind is tidy.
Always I can see a river at the end of my ways
The river is waving me from a great distance
I say to her, "wait for me, as my body sways,
Despite I'll pour torments, what is my reminiscence.
Gleaming moon as if sleeps on the sand
It seems to look like gliding fish in the water
River, don't go away, I want to hold your hand
Drive me with you, wherever you go and whenever.
Know that I am a free man in the world -
An unbound, credulous, full of insanity;
The only truth in me is, love is as pure as gold
Please trust me. I will never hurt your dignity.
