There was a bright white light,

Just a flash in the deep blue night.

A little hope in the dark times,

Peace of mind in a scene of crime.


Calm and serene, It was ablaze,

Just a line but it drew my gaze.

Happiness it gave in my night,

Joy I oozed because of the light.
