A Beautiful Secret

How peaceful the Moon looks glistening on a body of water.

How beautiful the Sun looks when rising up bedind the mountains.

A flock of birds that I saw flying overheard landed to tell me a secret that I am willing to share with you.

They told me that life can indeed always be as beautiful as a rising sun or a glowing moon.

They said that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder,

And that all we have to do is chase beauty and peace the same way that They chase the warm weather when they feel the chill of winter approaching.

I could tell that they were getting ready to take flight once again so

I hastily asked them how I could possibly spend all my time chasing things like beauty and peace when

I have things to do and people to see.

They laughed and then told me to do as They did, and then they flew away.
