I check the clock at midnight only to see,

That 2021 has come up on me!

COVID is still around,

But I bet it's bound,

To slow down 

In 2021!

I'm cooped up at home 

All on my own,

But things will get better

And as smooth as butter 

In 2021!

I go on some holidays 

To Goa and Hyderabad

And my father gets some tooth decays!

Things get better and better still,

In 2021!

And last, but not least,

I turn 10 from 9

Hoping to shine,

In 2021!
