Surroundings

Today I got time to sit by the window sill,

No problems no worries just chill,

I just observed the environment around me,

From all tensions, I was set free.

Birds were chirping merrily,

Rain was pouring down heavily,

My neighbour was too loud on the phone,

With a vulgar unsuitable tone

Down people carried a variety of colourful umbrellas,

Some red some green some blue,

All of a sudden a person's umbrella flew,

Alas, the faster the wind blew,

A pleasant sight it was,

The road people were not able to cross,

Truly I should have sat like this earlier,

As nothing was than this view merrier...
