Seasons Of Love

Seasons Of Love

When it is summer again

And the sun shines too bright

It reminds me of your smile

Blinding and yet so warm.

When the rain falls on my skin

I reminisce of your kisses

Moist and alleviating

That makes flowers bloom

Even in my barren chest.

When amber leaves fall

They rustle through the dry air

And whisper your name.

When the weather turns brisk

And my body is frostbitten

I am recalled of your chilling betrayal.

When the snow falls

And I clutch the flake in my hands

It melts away and disappears

Just as you receded from my life.
