Being Together

We are three brothers

Not so lucky like others

We met by chance

And being in the same trance

Decided to stay together

Becoming the strength of one another.

Rooster's crow is our alarm

We take food from the farm

Being a helping hand

In expanding farmer's land

We earn our daily bread

Every day before going to bed.

The only entertainment

For us is beating the heat

By bathing in the river

Every evening in the summer.

Splashing water on each other

Enjoying ourselves being together.

We are three brothers

From different mothers

We never shed tears

In all these years

Though not connected by blood

Our relationship was never a dud.
