Zoya and Wonderful Lamp

Zoya and Wonderful Lamp

3 mins 239 3 mins 239

Zoya was a fun-loving kid and her parents died in an accident. She lived along with her sister. Life was difficult for her, being a kid with a lot of responsibilities. Every day she used to go to the market to sell the clothes which her sister stitched.

Slowly she developed some skills by observing others.

She bought some good collections of books and started selling them at various locations, in traffic signals and near the college and schools every day.

But one day, it was raining heavily and flood ruined all of her books and she was back to square.

As the fortune of luck turned, one guy saw her in the road and mentioned that he was his uncle.

He shared his memories and photos with her father. The girl was happy to see, her new relation.

She took him to her home. But her uncle was a black magician; she didn’t know he was behind the famous Genie lamp.

She decided to move with her uncle for a better opportunity. She left the country and joined the adventurous trip.

As they were traveling, the magician changed the course and he took her to a haunted mansion.

He stayed outside and asked her to get the lamp. When the Girl asked about it, the magician said these were her father’s belonging and only she has the right.

There was a wicked face behind that affectionate mask.

The girl went in; the room was filled with darkness as her life. She found a lot of precious things and finally saw the lamp, she blew the dust and the Genie came out. Genie looked somewhat older now, and She looked tired and without any enthusiasm

She asked, "What can I do for you, My master!" and she coughed.

The girl was afraid, then she relaxed and she inquired about the Genie.

Genie offered her three wishes, and they should be selfish, she said.

The girl was perplexed and said just two wishes are enough for me.

The girl mentioned, “There should be only good thoughts in everyone’s mind.”

Genie replied, “That’s not a selfish wish, I can’t accept it, My lord!”

The girl said, "It’s a selfish wish of mine. I didn’t say this selflessly!

If everyone has thought of doing hard work, loving others without expectation, etc.,

then I, as well, being part of them will win my hurdles."

Genie thought for a while and mentioned its fine.

The girl asked the second wish-

“You should not be a slave to anyone; you are a master to yourself.”

Genie was so happy and finally, she got freedom from the lamp.

The Girl was ruined by the situation but the books had thought her to lead a life of self-confidence,

one may be poor in wealth, but the knowledge leads them by being a light.

“Look to collaborate in life rather than achieving the numbers”

That’s what she wished from the Genie.

As she was smiling at the Genie, his mother woke him up.

He realized that he was a transgender who preferred to be called as her in his dream.

The dream thought a lot of lesson to the boy.,

"Life and situations shouldn't change someone's path; it's the strong value that needs to change the situations."

“If everyone has a good value in them, there won’t be any issue in the world and no one deserves to be slavery,

be it Genie or any life form.”

“By being selfish, only a few people can lead a happy life, by being selfless everyone around us can be happy!”

“Life remains the same for any gender, everyone deserves freedom and space, have empathy while dealing with people.”
