In the silent, sleepy town of Sommerville, there lived a very prosperous family, Mr. and Mrs. Bumpstead. They had a young, beautiful daughter with blond curly hair. She was as cute as a fairy doll. There she was, seated in a wheelchair in her magnificent dress. She hardly had any friends.

Enter young Miss Hachet. She was a young girl hired to befriend Ms. Bumpstead. Flora was a playful child, and Hachet also loved to have fun. Together, they made a great pair and had a strong belief in each other. Hachet always believed that her friend would one day walk on her feet. Every day, they would play, study, eat, and sleep together.

Well, the problem was that Ms. Hachet belonged to a poor family and had no one to call her own except her poor old grandfather. Her grandfather lived in the countryside. He was a simple man with simple means of living. He reared sheep, goats, and cows. He sold sheep milk, wool, and animal hide and led a simple life. He loved his granddaughter, Ms. Hachet, but he wanted her to get an education and have a good life. Hence, he sent her to Ms. Flora's house as a companion. Both Ms. Flora and Ms. Hachet had their own special dreams. Ms. Flora wanted to run up and down the hill, and Ms. Hachet wanted to be back in the lap of mother nature.

Ms. Flora fell very sick and begged her parents to let her visit the countryside and her friend Ms. Hachet. Finally, they consented. The child visited the countryside and slowly regained her health. She was finally able to run down the hill. Hence, the friendship between Ms. Hachet and Ms. Flora was sealed forever.
