Once upon a time, when my great great great grandma, drank water from the river, it tasted sweet! Very sweet!

Imagine the water is as sweet as the chocolate candy, cake and halwa! Woww!! The water at that time was very sweet. Everyone loved it. The water was flowing from the mountains, in the rivers, ponds, touched the grass, said a hi to the small plant, a creeper and looked upon the tree.

The water was very happy and it sang,

“ Ëveryone is loving me, loving me as I am very sweet, very sweet”….

Then the water kept flowing and gave life to many.

Then one day it reached a village, where people didn’t like sweet taste at all. No one drank water and everyone started dying. Water was very sad. It wanted to give life to people but it could not. People in that village ate everything that was bitter because the food available from the surroundings plants, shrubs and trees was bitter. So, the water went to the roots of a bitter plant, soaked all the bitterness and soon water became very bitter. People then started drinking water and thus water continued to give life to people. Again water was happy and it sang,

“ Ëveryone is loving me, loving me as I am bitter, I am bitter”….

Then the water kept flowing and gave life to many. The water was again flowing from the mountains, in the rivers, ponds, touched the grass, said a hi to the small plant, a creeper and looked upon the tree.

Then one day it reached a village, where people didn’t like bitter taste at all. No one drank water and everyone started dying. Water was very sad. It wanted to give life to people but it could not. People in that village ate everything that was sour because the food available from the surroundings plants, shrubs and trees was sour. So, the water went to the roots of a sour plant, soaked all the sourness and soon water became very sour. People then started drinking water and thus water continued to give life to people. Again water was happy and it sang,

“ Ëveryone is loving me, loving me as I am sour, I am sour”….

Then the water kept flowing and gave life to many. The water was again flowing from the mountains, in the rivers, ponds, touched the grass, said a hi to the small plant, a creeper and looked upon the tree.

Then one day it reached a village, where people didn’t like sour taste at all. No one drank water and everyone started dying. Water was very sad. It wanted to give life to people but it could not. People in that village ate everything that was sweet because the food available from the surroundings plants, shrubs and trees was sweet.

Now, the water had to be sweet again. Water thought this is enough. It went far off in the forest and found a tree whose leaves, trunk and roots had no taste at all. It went to its roots and gave away all the sourness. Now water became tasteless and went back to the village. So, the villages mixed sweet things in water and drank. So, no one died.

So water now decided that it will not change its taste for people as people from various parts of the world have different taste. It decided to remain tasteless as it was born to give life to people and not to give taste to people.

From that day water remained tasteless and kept giving life to people and animals. People mixed various things in water as per their taste and water no longer to change its taste for anyone.

Water was now content and happy forever and it sang,

“I am now loving me, loving me…. though I have no more taste, no more taste! :)……..la la la la la la.... la la la......."
