The grass turned yellow. The plants withered, yet the weather was fair and comfortable.

 People didn't understand what to do. 

Their food, their crops withered away in front of their eyes. 

They locked up their salvageable harvests in garages and stores.


Then the horses' reins and saddles were found in their stable-thrown carelessly on the ground cattle's pen was thrown open. The village's fences lay trampled. 

Cattle, Horses even the birds that chirped at dawn disappeared altogether from the village in a week. 


On Monday, the sky turned overcast. Cheerless clouds crossed the sky, as even the sun grew dull.

Cold and heavy winds ruffled through the scarves and shawls of those brave enough to venture out.

One day, the wind blew strong enough to uproot the great oak tree.

Now the people heard the heavy flap of leathery wings, as dragons flew across the sky.
