Wedding Bangles

Hita's mom had saved money to buy her bangles on her wedding. Those were two pretty bangles with gorgeous stones embedded on them. Hita didn't know how much they cost nor did she have the courage to ask her.

All she saw was her mother's love and nothing else. But the world would question if she did anything less.

The society plays a major role in deciding how any relationship works. I still don't understand why we give importance to the irrelevance of the society's say in their personal matters.

Hita couldn't thank her enough for all that she had done for her and it was time for her to go, leave her home, with a feeling of leaving her mom behind.

Those wedding bangles are still dear to her, it's her love and it shines bright every time she looks at them. It feels as though, through the bangles her mom's conveying to her, "Sweetheart, I am always there for you!"
