Unexpected Bonds

In a world full of fakeness, 

Beware of betrayal. 

Not everyone you look upon, 

Are with a bright face and pure hearts. 

Few in the midst of this crowd, 

You will find people with bright faces and black hearts. 

One day you will walk on a path, 

Where you will find yourself alone. 

Though you have your so-called friends behind, 

But no one would present along with you beside. 

Don't worry, still, people with kind heart are left

For a person who has, still kindness in heart 

Do good and goodwill return to you 

If someone betrays you, someone else will better console you. 

Stop being worried about people who left you, 

And start being grateful to one's, who stood with you. 

It's sad you known them little late, 

But it's worst when you never realise their presence.

I am thankful for the few of the bonds 

Though I found them little late 

But I'm thankful and blessed for having them around.
