Take it with a piece of salt but love is a delicacy people are sure aren’t afraid to enjoy it in spite of being aware that it could kill a person to be able to live again.

Thing is Trushala wasn’t ever to fall in love again after all she’s been through she wasn’t ever hoping to fall again in this pitch, but, she did.

And you could call that the much need magic or a lifesaver for Trushala is a changed person now.

This is her story. She was a psychiatrist at Green Pharma Care until she chose to quit. She was great at what she did.

People loved the calming effect she had on them for every session they took with her. She was never to fall in love with her own patient.

There were many incidents in the past where her patients had deeply fallen in love with her and she had to discontinue treating them in order to not complicate things between them any further.

But a day in her life had to come, for it was her due moment to fall in love with someone. She is someone who always wanted attention all to herself but this man who walked into her life was someone who she willed to give her attention to. The only side hill to the story was that Amrit was seven years younger than her. She wasn’t aware of that until it was too late. She had already fallen for him.

Upon being questioned on what made her fall in love with someone like Amrit, who is just one of her several other patients, she answers, ‘Love comes uncalled and it can’t be planned who to be fallen in love with’.

Shelving herself in words was her game of play; after all, she was a psychiatrist. She wouldn’t let out a word unless she wanted to herself. That proves to the point why she never confessed her feelings for Amrit. Also, she never let a chance to show Amrit of how fond she was of him. Amrit was unaware of the reason behind her gestures but was sure that all this was a part of her treatment mechanisms and was oblivious to her deep inner feelings behind it.

Their story was coming to a point where Amrit had started to lessen down the frequency of the sessions he took with Trushala as he had other things messing around with him and he had to start fixing himself for good. He gradually stopped taking sessions with Trushala.

Missing Amrit had become Trushala’s routine. Her daily job was taking a toll. With every other heartbroken patient coming to her for a cure, she related herself to have the same troubling situation with Amrit.

She wasn’t keeping in her sane self. She had to bring Amrit back in her life. She knew he wasn’t married. She also knew he was applying to a college in France for MBA. She decided that either she confesses her feelings for him or make sure that he keeps visiting her. The very next day this thought occurred to her, she called up Amrit to inquire about how his life has been as it had been a while he had contacted her. He answered the phone calmly and everything sounded great in his life.

He thanked her for being extra concerned with him and bringing him out of an outrageously mad state of mind. She was happy for him but the fact of her not being a part of his life killed her from the inside. Amrit shared the news of his admission at MBA College in France and he was to leave in a couple of weeks. He happily stated how excited he was to finally able to do something like this on his own. Trushala pretended to be happy about this and congratulated him.

She restricted herself from taking any more cases for a few months. She for the first time needed a psychiatrist herself. She blamed herself for not telling to Amrit any sooner. No clue of him and the ways to be able to contact him was trailing scars in her head.

She contacted Amrit’s friends and managed to get details to reach Amrit.

She waited for the right time to call him. She hadn’t introduced herself to Amrit when she had called. She introduced her to be his admirer for a long time. Amrit was a person who never gets things like this in his head. It wasn’t about being the heavy head but for the past, he had broken relationships. He had stopped trusting women when it came to relationships. He heard all what his secret admirer had to say but didn’t give a damn to any of it and scratched words back to never call again.

Trushala understood that it wasn’t the time to confess her feelings for him and also was scared of what she’d be thought of if she did. Being the elder in this case, it was hard for her to come over the fact that she hadn’t been mature to fall for someone younger to her.

She had planned things for Amrit’s homecoming. She cared enough to let her love hide and yet be able to show her feelings for Amrit. She was there to receive him from the Airport. Amrit wasn’t sure of why he’d being seeing his doctor at the airport to pick him up. He went along with her anyways.

On their way, she told him of what he meant to her and she knew why their future couldn’t be together. She said that she’d like to spend a few days with him without him having been troubled. All she had asked for a favour to be with her. Amrit obliged as she was the one behind why he had been able to come out of drug abuse.

Amrit had started to realize of how real Trushala’s feelings were but he knew that they are never going to have a life together. He let them live a fallacy of a fairytale life for few weeks.

Meeting each other often was hard for both of them having admitted for the fact that there is no future together. Amrit required it to be proven that he had to start being able to trust people again, if not all, at least Trushala.

And Trushala wouldn’t ever be able to accept the reason why she remained unmarried. Their lives couldn’t have intersected unless all of this had not happened. All stories don’t really have an end. Because, if they did, you would be expecting a happy one and life is not about that.
