Time Changes

Every couple wants to have a child. A child may be a boy or girl but from generation to generation it is observed that more preference is given to a boy and the same situation is today. People are highly educated but still, when the topic related to child comes a boy child is advised. A couple both male and female prefer to have a boy at first and if they took a second chance then might they think of a girl. A girl child is majorly the second preference as know a days also girl is considered as a burden because parents have to spend money on education and later on the part is of her marriage where lakhs of money is spent then also if she gets good husband or family so there are no further problems but if by chance the family is not satisfactory then it is a big problem for her parents.

But as time is passing people are aware of the importance of having a girl child. It is said that a father's heart is in her daughter yes it's true. What a daughter can do that son cannot do and what a son can do the daughter can't do. It is important to teach both of them good manners and make them a good human being to serve the nation and society.

Mahesh was the one and only one child of his parents. He was intelligent and straight forward. His father was working as a labor Manager in Dena Bank and mother was a school teacher. His parents provided him all the necessary things for him. He was the topper of the class and favorite of his teachers. With studies, he also was involved in extracurricular activities like Karate. Slowly with the regular practice, he started taking interest in it while doing it never affected his studies. His parents were happy seeing his achievements. He became the idol for others. With his knowledge and interest in his studies, he did schooling and college and later on went to America for higher studies. His parents didn't say anything and allow him to go and arrange all the money required for him.

After two years he came back to India. At that time his qualifications were M. Com, MBA (foreign country). He was a good package from the company i. e. 10 lakhs. All the money expended by his parents will be recovered within one year. His parents were happy seeing his success in the field in which he wanted to do. He became the Manager of the company. After coming to a certain age his parents decided to let him married. After seeing the girl and up to his satisfaction they both got married. The girl Madhu was also educated and working in a reputed company and earning a good salary.

They both were happy with each other. But as the time was passing they were not looking after there parents more preference is given to the work and spending time with each other. As their parents grew older they started facing problems but they didn't take interest to look after them. Problems of Mahesh's mother was increasing day by day it was neglected by the couple after one mother she did due to heart attack his parents have spent all their earning and savings for sending him abroad and know his own son was not looking after them.

After six months his father legs started paining. The pain became severe at a certain point that he was not able to walk also. His son brought a wheelchair for him and somehow the time was passing. Later on, Mahesh and his wife decided to send his father to old age home as Madhu was pregnant and they don't want them in the home now. Mahesh took his father and sent him to an old age home where parents were there just like him both male and female. He spent his remaining life over there.

Being a son is good but he should not get changed after the arrival of his life partner. In every relation, certain limits are there and it must be maintained. You should understand what is your first priority just because of someone you should not ignore your own parents. Being a son it was the responsibility of his son to take care of his parents. A time was there when his father used to send him to school by holding his hand and now the reality is there when a son holds his father's hand and sends him old age home...

How the child can change we can't imagine but it is the responsibility of parents to also secure the future...
