The Unheard Silence

Sunshine entering the room crossing the window and the dew drops on the leaf just glowed up like her face. It was another morning but a different one. Yes!! She was going to meet her today. Just one night ago he called her and told to meet her to discuss something important. "Will he propose me?". "What should I reply?". "How will he propose me?". "How should I react?". Many questions were running in her mind.

She wore his favourite blue gown and his gifted bracelet and how could she miss that huge cute smile which just added an extra shine to here beauty. Finally, she reached to the cafe. "Ohh!! He is already there". White shirt, blue blazer and black pants; just the way she liked. She couldn't even blink her eyes off. He stood and walked towards her with a bouquet of lilies in his hand. Her heartbeat just got accelerated but wait! Lilies!! She doesn't like lilies. "Hey, I love you". he said with a bit of shyness. She skipped a beat and before she could speak he asked her, "Should I just tell her?". That's when her beat again skipped. Handling her heart and maintaining a smile she said "Yes ofcourse. She is perfect for you". But there came a voice from within her "She is perfect for you but not better than me". She hugged her and her heart screamed inside "I Love You like Crazy". "I knew it you will approve her. Thank you." he said. "Ohh! Thank you for rejecting me." her inner soul replied. He went inside the car. "Hey!! Stop. Don't go. I Love You. Can't Live Without You." she kept screaming inside but Alas!! He understands her feelings and The Silence Remained Unheard.
