THE THEORY OF SUBSTITUTION !

Everything in this world is fickle and easily replaced. Do you ever go about a relationship thinking how easily you can be replaced? Some people have the pleasure of going through life with fulfilled relationships, ever lasting friendships and a world surrounded by love. But what about those that give in all and come out empty. The ones that put in their soul just to have them kicked out and somebody else filling in their space. You still smile, pick up your shit and adorn the kindest smile ever.

They say you will move on, feel better, do not quit. But how much more till it all fits? Be kind and give them all they say but what if giving in leaves you with nothing in the end anyway. You dance at the first opportunity of love, sing all the right tunes and yet they leave hoping to find a better song. Some of us are just destined to be substitutes. We cross every life molding it, making it better and eventually leaving it for someone else to get it all. The friend to a best friend, the lover to a wife, the happy to their happier and the now to their forever. The Theory of substitution. Substitutes. That's all some us will ever be.
