The Silent Scream

She shuddered. She screamed. A silent scream. The gnawing despair and helplessness she suffered since years now gorged her up. The futility of this scream would not be any different, she knew. Hope, to what she had clung on, would never knock her doors.  

Keeping a check on her actions, words spoken and thoughts, she was treading her juggling roles of responsibility, completely unaware of the repercussions. But beneath her pleasant and composed facade was chaos caged, her identity, hidden and lost. 

High time to dig and walk out herself from the coffin, a silent anchor steered a conclusion.
