It was the year 3020. 5-year-old Vihaan was lying idly on his bed while his mother was busy preparing breakfast for the family and his father had already begun tapping the keyboard of his laptop. He was working from home as nobody had dared to go outside for a long long time. They all were now living in underground bunkers.
Vihaan had come to know from his teacher, who took online classes for him, that the ozone layer that had once formed a mask over the Earth and protected all the living beings from the hazardous effects of the sun's harmful radiations, had now vanished. It was due to man's own misdeeds. And in a way, they were paying the price for their wrongdoing by losing the freedom of walking freely and enjoying the beauty of our Mother Earth. Vihaan regretted the mistakes of his forefathers. But now, there was nothing more that he could do except for regretting. The time for correcting our mistakes had run out long before.
