The Magic Egg

Ting tong.....

There goes the bell, Julia was resting on the couch with a tub of ice cream when it rang. She rolled her eyes and said " Oh what a nuisance, I just finished my chores when it had to ring", saying so she answered it. And what did she see!

A ginormous pink box patterned with hearts in blue, Julia wondered if she should take it or no but as it was so pretty she couldn't resist and took it. She took it in to open it and surprisingly it was heavy! Julia kept it on the mantlepiece, she then went to the craft room to get scissors. After getting them she opened the box, which had loads of layers of packaging, at last she got a giant egg. And there was a ticking sound coming, it went Tick. Tock...Tick.Tock...Julia was terrified, she thought it was a bomb.

Poor Ju she didn't have a crew... With trembling hands, she opened it and she found a beautiful alarm with sea dolphins, all in pink and purple!

Julia bounced it down and it burst into a song. After the song was completed she got a card and it was from her bestie Olivia. Julia finally realized what a silly - billy she had been.

Finally she went to sleep, but not without her clock. It stood on the cabinet next to the bed...
