The Lazy Village

Once upon a time, there lived a village where everyone was very lazy especially men. One day the king thought that if his village would be lazy the other kings will think that he is not a good king. So he was very worried about his village.

One day he got an idea. That night he took a pot and filled it with jewels and gold, it was looking pretty. He came to the main street with his security. Then he dug a hole in the middle of the road after that he put the pot in the hole. He put a huge rock over it to cover it. Then he went back to the palace.

In the morning when he woke up he saw the rock was still there. He was very disappointed but he knew that the rock would be removed. He also saw that everyone was still sleeping, he felt bad. In the afternoon, he came in a secret way so that no one would see him because if he comes then everyone would start working in front of the king. But the king was clever, he let everyone have a nice and lazy. The king hides behind the tree. After some time an old, weak and poor man walked pass; he saw the rock and was shocked that no one even cares if the rock is blocking the road. Then he decided to move it but he couldn't but he did not give up, he pushed it hard. Then he finally pushed it. Then he saw the pot of gold and asked whose is this. Then everyone suddenly woke up and said it's mine. The old man was confused whose is the pot of gold. Then the king came out of the tree and said it is the old man's because he took off the rock. From that day everyone worked hard and earned their own. They lived happily ever after.
