"Sir they are moving fine." reported his secretary. It was a well lit night at the PMO. The PM was still, "and what are the updates?"

Secretary began, "Sir, they all are moving fine. No case of violence yet. As we had planned, we mobilised the cities, one after another, with a gap of 1 day. 30 cities are moving to the east coast and 25 to the west. Each city is maintaining the distance and they are moving uniformly. It's convincing that they slept the last night without any turbulence in the arrangements. The easternmost city has been set off. They are 50 kms from the coast now."

Mr. Patnayik who was standing aside and and was curiously listening, now pointing to the world map said ,"Look here,the people on the ship currently, they are moving towards Tangenia. Tangenia is 20 days via ship, now 18 days for them. But what about, They refused to accept refugees."

PM responded, "Wait it's not settled yet. We have good relations with Tangenia. Though we are in no condition to make a deal, we can ask them for our collateral. Our collateral for we had invested in them a decade ago."

" I don't think so." Mr. Patnayik interrupted, "Sir, but, they are backed up by countries like Uren and Shahlida at this point of time. They are showing no intent to negotiate. Their ministry of foreign affairs has already refuted our proposal and they stated clearly, " Being afraid of a civil war

condition, we can't accept refugees in tons", huh"

"We can help here." Delegates entered, led by the Foreign minister, Geminia.

"We promised to help every possible way and we are committed to you here. Now when Santanas, of whom you were the former PM is going to be a part of Geminia, our President expresses condolences for all the happenings. We have got a personal message for you. Here."

The PM accepted the box, began reading,

"You must be receiving this from our representatives. Confirm or ignore.

Mr. PM,

Geminia holds itself responsible for all the turmoil in Santanas. This was exercised only in the long consideration of no option left. Only when those natural disasters; and a series of them, that we faced in the last 5 years, have rendered us resourceless, We have no option but to annex your resources. Since we are being condemned from all over, we hope to help you and prevent ourselves from war. You understand that well. Let's be in contact for all the political deliberations. I have sent a message to the Ministry of foreign affairs, Tangenia. We talk as soon as our delegates get back. "

"So, what do you respond? Mr. Prime minister." Delegates were waiting for an answer since it was hand over to Mr. Patnayik. He finished reading it but asked,

"Will the president himself be visiting Santanas?"

"No. Not till the mobilisation is done."

"Well then don't expect us to accept this proposal." PM nodded to Mr. Patnayik.

"Sir, you have to reconsider. President himself wrote this to you."

"It sounds forceful now. You may leave. Let us plan our next step. Our communication team will be arriving soon." The PM was agitated.

"Sir, we want your response in written."

"Sure, The President of Geminia won't believe. " The PM wrote the rebuttal at the back.

"Thank you, sir." The delegates were soon out of the room.

Mr. Patnayik glanced at the secretary, " We expect more from Geminia."

Mr. PM interrupted, asked his secretary,

" The ships must be looking for fallow land. Have they reported anything?"

"No sir, nothing yet" replied the secretary.

Meanwhile, Haria woke up. Saumya and Chinni were sleeping calmly. But Prati was sitting at a distance facing the other side. Haria slowly stood up and moved towards her.
