The belly

Ram presses his hand on the floor and gets up.

He sees his younger brother laughing at him because his younger brother is so fit and goes to gym regularly.

Ram goes up to the mirror and sees his belly protruding out.

He overhear his relations speaking to his parents about my belly and with this no one will be willing to marry me.

Then ram sleeps and when he gets up ,he sees one of the relation's child sleeping on his belly.

All that children started playing with his belly.

The relations smiled when he is away,he knows it but cannot say anything.

That night,he feeled about this one and his brother comes up and conveys "come on ram,you can get rid of this".

He gives a nutritionist details and tells him to consult them for diet chart.

Get ready brother , tomorrow morning vroom vroom in bike to gym.

Ram goes to temple that evening and sees god ganesha whose another name is lambodar having belly and says your are having belly but you will not get any health problems but with my belly,I am at high risk of health.

So from tomorrow,I am going to gym and walking and all things that might help me come out of this.

He goes to the nutritionist and she say "mr ram, it is not about having too much food alone causes belly but not having proper physical exercise along with skipping food also causes belly.

Sometimes with proper exercise and diet,you can reduce the fat.

His younger brother starts the training for him with walking for some days.

The younger brother shows the diet chart of ram to their father and mother and says to follow this itself so ram couldn't think of eating the delicious foods that they three might consume.

After 3 years,ram goes jogging with the feeling of being fit and sees some of them commenting about him like nice, great physique.

He goes home and sees his younger brother coming towards him and hugs him and says sorry ram.
