It was Aisha's dream to become an Astrophysicist and work for NASA like her father.
One night, while she was busy looking at the Moon, suddenly a streak of lightning caught her attention. She did not understand what happened but kept on thinking about it. she went back to her bed and opened her favorite book to read. But she could not concentrate and keep on thinking about the light. She thought of asking her father.
She ran downstairs to check if her father had come back from work. She was disappointed to know that he would be late due to the upcoming space mission. She was restless and was getting curious to know. She started surfing the web and the article on shooting stars caught her attention. On skimming the article she came to know about t
hem and thought that may she had seen one of those.
Though she was convinced that she had witnessed one shooting star, but her little mind was yearning to discuss the same with her father. Soon, she fell asleep. She woke up startled the next morning as soon she her heard her father's voice.
Dad, I need to tell you something. Yesterday when I was looking at the moon I saw a line of light pass through. Do you think that could be a shooting star? I did search it on the web but I want to know more about them. Have you ever seen one?
Well Aisha I think you are right you did see a shooting star that night, You know that our NASA team did write a paper on it. Did you know that shooting stars grant wishes? What no dad is it true? Well, Aisha it actually is true If you see a shooting star you can quickly make a wish but it will be completed in one condition that you mustn't tell anyone your wish.
