A boy named Leo had to finish a project by next week. Leo loved to draw and sketch so he took part in a competition that was taking place in his school in which they had to draw something related to “Community”. The community was a really nice topic. Leo found many good ideas on what to draw for it too. But he thought that he had plenty of time to do it after a few days.

Whenever he thought of finishing the drawing, he would say that he would do it tomorrow but he never did. Just like that, he found excuses not to do his work that time. When his mother reminded him he used to lie saying that he was done with the work yesterday.

He always waited for tomorrow to do his work. The tomorrow that never came.

Like that 6 days had passed. It was the time of the deadline, the day he had to submit his work. He was now worried knowing that he hadn't done the work. He got a bit embarrassed by his friends too. He realized that he should have done the work on the first day so that he had plenty of time to think forward.

This was not the first time he had to face this type of situation. Procrastination had become a habit for him which had put him in trouble many times in the past. His parents always advised him saying that he should plan his day and list down all the important activities and also write the deadline so that he has a reminder that he has to submit his work at that time.

This incident made him more cautious of the time and he promised that he would not postpone his tasks to tomorrow, but will always complete them within the given time.
