Sapna - A Dream To Make My Dad Proud

Once there was a boy who was very fun loving who always used to spend most of his time with his friends. But internally he always had a dream to make his father proud of him but never tried.

This is the story of a boy name Divyesh Chodanker. He stayed in a small village called cavelossim, his father Mr. Santosh chodanker was a teacher and a businessman, he always admires his father as his friend his guide his everything but never made him proud.

One day suddenly his father got sick and died. Divyesh missed his support. He missed all the moments. Now he is struggling to be someone in his life so he can make his father proud. Each and every day he thinks he needs to do something.

One day Divyesh was sitting in his shop and was thinking about what he can do. Suddenly one customer came and while doing his work that customer generally asked him “Bro do you have any interest in film making ?” Divyesh asked the question to himself, is this the change to be someone and make my father proud? His inner soul said YES, this is an opportunity to do something. Divyesh replied to him, Yes bro, I do have an interest In film making as writing story was my hobby.

He said well that’s nice, let's do a short film. After so many struggles in life, finally Divyesh got a chance to make his father proud so he started writing his first short film SAPNA …. A Dream To Make My DAD Proud. It's very easy to Love your parents But making them proud on your self is not that easy. when Divyesh told that person that this is the story he read it and said “go ahead bro, I am there to support you”

Divyesh started missing his father and remembered his words once said “you will not climb a ladder of success by keeping your hands in pocket” Divyesh told himself this was just a trailer, there is a lot of struggle yet to do.

And finally the movie release day came, it was the biggest day for Divyesh.

After movie everyone got tears in their eyes, looking at those tears Divyesh just looked up and said, Papa, hope I made you proud, hope you smiled because of me, I wish you were here in front of me to witness my success.

I just wish………………………………. Divyesh just kneeled down, tears rolled down from his eyes ………………………………………….and smiled.
