A boy grew up in a village, he was full of enthusiasm with great qualities of playing all kind of games with self practices and was curious in exploring what he found interesting in newspapers and televisions, he was ready to share with all, his knowledge and tried to encourage others to learn and practice with positive attitude. Every one suggested him to join sports academy to become sportsman, but due to family's poor economical status, he continued to focus on studies only. The school which he studied only focused on rank systems and no scope for games, out of 24 hours, 17 hours tough preparations (early wake ups, no time for physical activity & No holidays & Not to meet with parents), he got very good marks in his higher education.


The hidden factor is due to more hours of pressure on Study system (Lack of physical activities & lack of practical studies) gradually his mental condition became traumatic state, he felt new behavior like anxiety, social fobia (not interest to talk with people), He lost his concentration due to anxiety due to this his natural way of thought process changed and he was not able to concentrate on studies.


But journey had just begun, To prepare higher studies it's not easy to get on with this state of mind but he had only two choices - either inform to parents on his behavior or not, But the people in the village did not understand the situation even they didn't have time to listen and think about the situation (due to lack of knowledge on situation & busy with their agriculture work). Now his condition was in worst stage at the age of just 17 years, journey is long but he never stopped his run on his education and his life, once he informed to parents but due to their poor economical struggle full life, they did not much focus on issue.


Now he started self practices to concentrate on studies like after reading he started writing in book so it become a habit to write more to remember, after completing his graduation he again started new approaches to get control on his mind like not much reacted to unnecessary situation, stayed in calm state of mind with optimistic behavior and helped as much as to his colleagues, collected positive information from books and articles on controlling mind techniques & all these practices boosted positive frame to his mind, the day when he learned from his childhood with self practice games helpfull him to overcome all barriers of his mental state, he completed his M.B.A from reputed university and working as a manager for famous company, handing a team of 30 people (A person who loses his hopes at the early stage of life redefined himself )

But in his mind he always had a feeling that he missed all his sports that's his inborn quality.


. ............... Still he is having anxiety of OCD.
