She was the city bred daughter of a rich businessman, who would eventually take over his business.

He was the son of a poor farmer, who took up MBA hoping he could help the farmers in his village.

She was beautiful, intelligent, confident, lively and yet unaware of the effect she had on the men around her.

He was a shy, introvert who fell in love with her, at first sight.

She had all the male attention she could ask for and had an active social life.

He was a loner who had eyes for her alone... If only she would look at him... acknowledge his presence.

She never knew of his existence untill that day, their last day in the college campus.

He went past her, secretly wishing that he could look into those beautiful eyes and convey his love for her.

She went past him, heading towards her girl gang when she got a whiff of his perfume. She stood transfixed as though her feet were glued to the ground. The fragrance engulfed her and her senses and she thought this has to be HIM, her man, the man with a sculpted body, oozing confidence, the one who would make her go weak in her knees.

As she got out of the trance she realized she had to find him now, it was her only chance,.

He had exited the gate and crossed over to the pavement, when he heard a loud blast.

She had started to sprint following the trail of the perfume, pushing past all who came in the way, when she stopped, shocked by the blast.

The gas cylinder of a nearby tea stall had blown causing minor injuries to few customers. Chottu the errand boy was bleeding profusely and so was his pet dog.

In the mayhem that followed, she saw him. He calmly took control, offered first aid, carried Chottu and his dog to the ambulance and consoled the grieving owner offering him financial support to start all over again.

No, he didn't have a chiseled body, but his arms were strong enough to help people in need, he didn't have godly looks, but he had an aura of compassion and empathy, he didn't have those killer eyes but she wanted to see herself in them. She would feel secure in his arms.

That's when she fell in love.... Looks didn't matter anymore
