Nature's Gift

It is sunny all over, the birds chirping, can hear the breeze, sound of the waves is like music to my ears. From a concrete jungle to a serene world, so much of greenery, the backyard is so colorful and the entire atmosphere is filled with joy. The beach view is beautiful and the horizon is amazingly seen. The house is filled with kids and so much fun and frolic around.

The occasion is a wedding in the family that has brought all the loved ones together, making this occasion extra-ordinary. Here, I stand with my favourite pastime - sipping piping hot tea, gazing at the beautiful pelican birds. Such a scenic beauty, not to miss to capture it, I go inside to grab my DSLR. I return to the spot only to realize that the birds are not seen anymore. Water! Water! Water everywhere to my utter shock.

Here I see another big wave coming towards the house where we all stood stand-still. I rub my eyes, I pinch myself to check if it is my imagination or reality. I shout out to my uncle, we all realize that a disaster has just taken place. I see so many volunteers and ambulances coming to rescue the people and the tourists who were chilling near the beach. I volunteer to help them. I rub my eyes again and this time, I realize it is a dream. Thanks for reading!!
